A Business Model Reading engagement typically runs across two to three months. The timeline includes an interview phase with the leadership team, a drafting and annotation phase, and a closing workshop in which findings and adjustments are weighed together. The pace is set in conversation with the client at the start.

What is included in the Pricing Architecture Workshop?

The workshop runs across two days with a cross-functional team from the client organisation. It covers the offer structure, the customer segments it is shaped to reach, the current tier arrangement, and the reasoning beneath each tier. The output is a written architecture document and a record of the trade-offs the team considered and the positions they arrived at.

Is the Revenue Stream Audit a standalone engagement?

Yes. The Revenue Stream Audit is a focused engagement designed to be complete on its own. Some clients use it as a starting point before proceeding to a fuller Business Model Reading; others commission it as a discrete review. The output — a written audit and a companion brief for circulation — is useful in either context.

How is the advisory work delivered — remotely or in person?

Most of the work is conducted in person for clients based in Bangkok. For clients elsewhere in Thailand or the region, a mixed format — some sessions in person, some held remotely — can be arranged depending on the engagement type and the schedule of the team.

Does Modelyn provide ongoing retainer support after an engagement?

Each engagement is scoped and priced as a discrete piece of work. Modelyn does not offer ongoing retainer arrangements as a standard offering. Some clients return for a subsequent engagement some months after the first work is complete; that is handled as a new scoping conversation at the time.
